The CertifyCRM Refund Policy

The purpose of the CertifyCRM Refund Policy is: We don’t want unhappy customers!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund.

Policy Conditions:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team via support@certifyCRM.com
  • You must provide the email address you ordered with and a reason for your refund request.
  • Our support team will process your refund request within 3 business days. 
  • Once your refund has been processed, the funds will be returned using your original payment method.
  • If you have accessed a substantial amount of course content, we may be unable to process your refund. This is to prevent abuse of our refund policy and protect our intellectual property.
  • In case of any technical issues or problems, contact our support team immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We will do our best to ensure you have a satisfactory learning experience.
