Who is the Salesforce Certified Associate Training course for?

The Salesforce Associate (Free) training course is an introductory level course. It is designed for the experience end user who wants to start down the path of becoming a Salesforce Administrator. It goes beyond the end user experience and gives you an overview of what happens behind the scenes. This course is designed to help prepare you for the official Salesforce Certified Associate Exam. You will create your own Developer Org at the start of the course. This way, you will have complete control over your Salesforce environment and you can’t break anything. (We don’t want you learning in your day-to-day Production environment.)

Are there any Prerequisites?

You need to have basic web browser skills, time available and a willingness to learn, that’s it!

What does the course cover?

In the Salesforce Certified Associate Training course, you will learn the basics of Salesforce. We cover who uses it and how, practice navigating your way around as either an admin or an end user. Then we take a look at the many “clouds” available and some additional Salesforce products. Next, we take a deeper dive into Sales, Service, Marketing and eCommerce. Finally we we round off with a look at the career options available for Salesforce Professionals.
