This course is designed to help prepare you for the official Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Exam. You should have a minimum of 6-12 months experience as a Salesforce Administrator (and achieved your Admin certification) before commencing this course.
You will create your own Developer Org at the start of the course so you will have complete control over your Salesforce environment and you can’t break anything. (We don’t want you learning in your day-to-day Production environment.)

The Salesforce Administrator certification is a prerequisite for this exam. Please complete that course and certification first before commencing this course.
What does the course cover?
The Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant course is designed to develop your skills in designing and deploying solutions to meet business requirements using the Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality. We have designed this course to be very hands-on with the implementation of a Sales Cloud project for a fictional company – Certify Technology. The project covers all topics in the official Salesforce curriculum in a step-by-step process that could be followed when performing a real Sales Cloud implementation. Think of the course as a hands-on blueprint for a Sales Cloud implementation. The project will be built step-by-step with the first release involving setup and configuring basic Sales Cloud functionality and then new features will be added with each new release until all the requirements of the client are met.
This Implementation Strategy is a blueprint for a Sales Cloud implementation that can be customized to suit almost any type of business. It follows a logical sequence for planning and implementing a Sales Cloud installation and delivers results incrementally using an Agile delivery approach. This ensures early delivery of value, enabling clients to see almost immediate results, followed by continuous improvement with new features added until all the client requirements are met. This approach allows flexibility with some of the requirements not being fully understood until closer to the time to implement them.
