This course is aimed at Salesforce Admins or App Builders with little or no exposure to Salesforce Flow.
You will create your own Developer Org at the start of the course so you will have complete control over your Salesforce environment and you can’t break anything. (We don’t want you learning flow in your day-to-day Production environment.)
Are there any Prerequisites?
You need to have basic Salesforce admin skills to commence this course. Completion of the Salesforce Administrator certification is highly recommended.
What does the course cover?
You will learn the basics of Salesforce Flow, creating 25 flows, covering all the types of flows available, the core Interaction, Logic and Data elements and the many components you can include in a flow. We also provide guidance on best practices for flow building, references to extend your flows, and the “Flownatics” that you need to follow on Social Media to continue your flow journey.
With these building blocks, you will be well-equipped to tackle your own business automation problems with Flow.
Note: There is currently no specific Salesforce Certification for flow but it is starting to appear in the Admin and App Builder exams.
